You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of heavy machinery through meticulous planning and scheduling. Your primary responsibilities include reconciling machine downtime, coordinating maintenance tasks with site personnel, and ensuring timely procurement of parts and labour. Strong computer skills and effective communication are essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling a fleet of Komatsu Dump Trucks and Excavators. Site: Callide Mine Site Roster: Monday to Friday Residential Allowance: $200 per week local allowance (Biloela residents only) Komatsu Benefits: Families Policy: 16 weeks of paid primary carer parental leave, 4 weeks of secondary carer leave, plus many more family friendly benefits Financial: Company funded Income Protection Insurance Career: Recognition, awards, flexibility, further education studies and internal career development Health: Corporate discount with Bupa, Total Wellbeing Solution with Telus Health Travel: Discounts with Avis, Qantas, Crown, IHG and travel agents Yearly Bonus: Potential to receive a yearly bonus Referral Program: $3000 referral payment for referring a successful new employee to Komatsu What we are looking for: Previous maintenance planning and scheduling experience within mining mobile plant maintenance is mandatory Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent) advantageous Must hold a current motor vehicle licence Able to Obtain Qld Coal Board Medical and Qld Coal GI passport Commitment to safety, actively engage in Zero Harm philosophy Communicate effectively with end users at all levels Supervise, assist, and train staff to foster a positive team atmosphere Business management experience, including basic accounting knowledge High level of computer literacy Strong written and oral communication skills Self-starter, able to achieve goals unsupervised Previous experience with oil analysis Ready to get started?
