Job Description

About our opportunity: Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, we have an opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for reliability and efficiency to join our team in Rowville. As the Maintenance Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving reliability of plant equipment, minimising downtime and ensuring optimal operations. Key responsibilities include: Identifying areas of top losses and stoppages impacting asset performance Completing root-cause analysis (RCA) for repeated breakdowns ensuring that a standard approach is taken, and key stakeholders are involved in the process Managing the completion of corrective actions resulting from breakdown RCA work Investigating unplanned breakdowns ensuring close contact with maintenance and operations to ensure an accurate root cause is established Developing operator capabilities to identify breakdown risks through good coaching and the use of visual controls Providing training to operations team on basic first-line maintenance activities Implementing reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Improving planned and predictive maintenance standards About You: Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Knowledge of GMP Experience in a food or dairy manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are ready to join the #LactalisExperience, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
