Located 17kms from the CBD, close to the beach and shops, this care home consists of 127 beds, with a variety of care units. About The Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide quality and timely maintenance service across the Care Home, ensuring facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard that aligns with regulatory requirements and resident preferences. You will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
