About the role In this role you will provide maintenance outage and project coordination of both internal maintenance resources and external Contractors, including planning, scheduling and reporting on execution of outages. Additionally, you will also be providing work management system support, co-ordination and ownership of compliance of the system; the position will also support maintenance budget construction and review. This position will be accountable for, but will not be limited to the following: Provides Work Management System guidance and leadership regarding system operation and compliance. Collating, reviewing and maintaining a detailed project plan for outages. Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan. Resolving cross-functional issues at project level from multiple work teams. Auditing the integrity of the WMS and the quality of data being entered by users. Managing Contract Administrator duties and/or Purchase Order service contracts, including safety induction, on-site management, budget and technical oversight. About You Trade qualifications and/or post-trade qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields, with relevant experience. In-depth knowledge and experience of medium to large project and contract management principles and processes. Strong ability to identify potential or actual WHS, environmental and contractual issues during project/contract activities. Knowledge of maintenance processes of power station plant or heavy industry equivalent. Experience with relevant IT packages including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and Ellipse Work Management System.
