Utilise your customer service and sales management skills as our new Major Accounts Manager!TLE Electrical Wetherill Park are seeking a self-driven sales professional to build rapport with customers, collaborate with the external sales team with quotes and invoicing, and manage our major contractors, commercial, industrial, and domestic accounts.We’re a team that truly supports one another. If you value a workplace built on trust and mutual respect, we’d love to have you on board.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers. Managing major contractors, commercial, industrial, and domestic accounts. Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Branch Manager in identifying opportunities and following up on leads. Following up with customers on the results of quotes, sales, and management of key customer orders. Communication with Suppliers and Customers. Assisting with additional tasks and Management requests as required. To be successful for this role, you will: A strong background in sales, account management, or customer service. Ideally experience within electrical wholesale or related wholesale industries (solar, plumbing, hardware, security, etc.). Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills. Great rapport and relationship-building abilities as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills and a professional client-focused approach. Strong time management and the ability to multi-task. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working proactively both autonomously and within a team. Must be an Australian/New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
