We strive to make real, fundamental change, driven by a simple purpose: to create the best health and wellbeing for all of Australia. The Role As the Major Incident Management Lead you will be responsible for managing the major incident process. You will lead and help shape the function into a more structured and streamlined major incident management team. Engage and work closely with Problem Management to identify the root cause and permanent fixes for high priority problems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders to ensure effective incident management engagement and participation. Develop and maintain management dashboard reports for availability, incident/problem/change volumes, vendor/support team performance against defined metrics, process breaches and trends. About You Exceptional experience in Major Incident management (P1/P2 level incidents). Senior level experience within Incident management, not Problem Management. Ideally a broad range of experience across infrastructure, networks & IT. Proven experience running confidence bridges & post incident forums. Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal. Ideally experience using ServiceNow. Preferably based in Melbourne but all candidates will be reviewed.
