Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking an experienced Major Projects Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial management of our major infrastructure projects in Victoria. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Contracts, you will be instrumental in driving commercial success, managing risk, and ensuring excellence in project delivery. Your day will involve: Lead the commercial strategy for major construction projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives. Oversee contract negotiations, management, and administration for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing financial performance. Collaborate with the project teams to ensure seamless delivery, meeting time, cost, and quality objectives. Provide detailed financial reporting, cost forecasting, and variance analysis to senior stakeholders. Manage claims, disputes, and variations in alignment with contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. What are we looking for?
