Requirements: Male disability support worker Must be a team player Experience with challenging behaviours preferred Flexible availability preferred About the Role: Morning, afternoon and wakeover shifts available across a rotating roster Support provided with a customer service focus to delight clients every shift Adjust your approach to meet clients' needs, preferences, and priorities Assisting clients to perform important daily activities Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks Performing home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping Supporting various programs of social activities Review all relevant notes and support plan information Record keeping as per the organisation's requirements Support clients to express views, raise concerns, report complaints and incidents Maximise client's control and confidence About the Candidate: Enthusiastic and bubbly personality Problem-solver NDIS Worker Check First Aid Certificate Driver's License NDIS New Worker Module Reliable vehicle Smartphone How do your skills match this job?
