Leading FMCG based in Melbourne's South East Hybrid working, $110,000-120,000 Excluding Super About Our Client Our client is a recognised leader in the FMCG industry. They are a large organisation with a global footprint, yet maintain a close-knit team environment in their Dandenong South office. They are known for their high-quality products and commitment to continuous improvement. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems Budgeting, Forecasting, Management reporting & analysis Performing variance analyses and preparing cost reports Assist with the external audit Balance sheet & GL reconciliations Month end duties Assisting in the development of financial plans and policies Collaborating with team members to achieve financial objectives Other ad hoc activities as requested by the Financial Controller The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have/be: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Intermediate to advanced excel skills Commercial acumen Strong communication and interpersonal skills CA/CPA qualified Proven experience in a similar role & capacity Comfortable and available for a 12-month contract What's on Offer A competitive salary package A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression A chance to work in the fast-paced FMCG industry and potential for extension #J-18808-Ljbffr
