We’re seeking a Management Accountant – Labour Specialist to partner with a leading Government organisation to enhance financial processes, optimise labour costing, and support sustainable infrastructure delivery across the state. This role plays a critical part in financial planning, reporting, and process improvement, with a strong focus on labour and contract workforce management across operational and capital expenditure. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage overhead models to improve financial performance Provide detailed and accurate labour and contract workforce costing analysis Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for key stakeholders Partner with business leaders to drive efficiency and financial transparency Support workforce planning, business cases, and structural changes Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation What We’re Looking For Degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience (CA or CPA qualification required) Extensive experience in capital accounting and infrastructure asset management Strong skills in financial modelling, reporting, and analysis (Excel & Power BI preferred) Proven ability to build relationships and provide strategic financial insights A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
