The Team Within our Strategy & Transformation capability, our Enterprise Performance team helps clients optimise their operations to support their strategic ambitions. We bring strong technical skills and experience in operating model design and implementation, process improvement, productivity uplift, and procurement and supply chain optimisation. This role sits at the Senior Consultant and Manager level, meaning you will work closely with both junior team members and senior leadership to deliver impactful client solutions. What you will do As a Senior Consultant , you will conduct research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to generate insights, develop high-quality client deliverables, and contribute to a positive client experience. You will bring intellectual curiosity and a client-first mindset to every engagement, with mentoring and coaching from experienced consultants to enable you to thrive in the role. As a Manager, you will lead project workstreams to deliver client outcomes within broader client engagements. You will understand the objectives of the engagement, structure the problem-solving approach for your workstream, and drive the design and development of high-quality client deliverables while contributing to a positive team and client experience. Key responsibilities include: Undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights and recommendations for our public purpose clients Building trusted and meaningful relationships with clients Leading the design and development of client deliverables (for Manager level) Living the values that underpin Scyne Advisory Technically, you will bring to the position: Experience with, or desire to gain experience with government and public purpose organisations Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver high-quality analytical products and outcomes in agreed timeframes (including strong PowerPoint and Excel skills) A demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analytics and/or qualitative research and stakeholder engagement Proven ability to work as part of a team Experience managing small teams for a Manager-level position Previous management consulting experience (2-4 years for Senior Consultant, and 5-7 years for Manager level) (not essential) Previous experience in one of the following is desirable but not essential: operating model design and implementation, process optimisation, business analysis, procurement and supply chain optimisation About You Aligned to our values, you're collaborative in nature and love working as part of a team to deliver outcomes.
