Nurse Management Coordinator - Mark Sheldon Remote Mental Health Team Ongoing (Permanent) - Full Time Closes: 16 / 02 / 2025 Nurse Level 5 RDO - Remuneration Package: $154,856 - $161,287 (including salary $132,267 - $139,215) Vacancy Number: 003892 Agency: Department of Health Number of Vacancies: 1 Work Unit: Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Central Australia Region Location: Alice Springs Primary Objective: The Nurse Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical functions and service delivery of the Mark Sheldon Remote Mental Health Team, including financial and human resources management. This role includes carrying a clinical caseload that requires a strong cultural safety framework, a commitment to evidence-based practice, extensive mental health experience ideally across acute and community mental health services, and experience working within a clinical mental health leadership role. Whilst a postgraduate qualification is an essential requirement for ongoing appointment to this vacancy, all applicants will be assessed. If the most suitable applicant does not hold the qualification, they may be appointed on a fixed basis with ongoing appointment subject to attaining the qualification during the fixed term.
