Kellerberrin & Districts Club Management Couple Kellerberrin & Districts Club (KDC) is a registered club and a proud supporter of the local sporting, general, and wider community. KDC serves as a central hub for Kellerberrin and the surrounding communities, offering members and guests state-of-the-art amenities with exceptional beverage, dining, and entertainment services. About the Role We are seeking an extraordinary, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Management Couple to lead the operations of the Kellerberrin & Districts Club. This unique opportunity is ideal for a couple looking to combine their skills to create a memorable guest experience while fostering community connections. In this dual role, one partner will focus on managing the bar and front-of-house operations, while the other will oversee the kitchen and culinary offerings. Together, you will report to the KDC Management Committee and ensure the seamless running of the club, from strategic leadership to day-to-day operations. Remuneration and Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience) Housing supplied Superannuation Key Responsibilities For the Bar Manager: Oversee the bar team, ensuring exceptional beverage service Manage bar staffing, recruitment, and rostering Maintain compliance with RSA and OHS regulations Liaise with members and stakeholders to foster strong community ties Assist in marketing and promoting the venue to corporate and community groups For the Kitchen Manager: Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dining experiences Develop and manage menus that cater to diverse preferences Oversee food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations compliance Collaborate with the Bar Manager to plan and execute events and functions Joint Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Provide monthly operational and financial reports to the KDC Management Committee Support the preparation of the annual budget and monitor finances Promote the venue as a hub for community and regional events Ensure the facility remains a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patrons Essential Criteria Proven leadership experience in hospitality or events management Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders Strong financial management and reporting skills Commitment to exceptional customer service Relevant qualifications (e.g., Approved Manager’s Card, RSA, First Aid Certificate) Current “C” Class Driver’s License Full disclosure of any previous bankruptcies Applications Close: Wednesday 15th January 2025 Sponsorship Visa possibly available for the right candidates!
