Management Support Officer - Clinical Directors MSG Clinical Support Officers, Medical Service Group, Townsville University Hospital Townsville Hospital and Health Service is the public healthcare provider for the government areas of Townsville, Burdekin, Charters Towers, Flinders, Richmond, Hinchinbrook and Palm Island. We operate 21 facilities from primary care in regional locations to highly specialised care at the main hospital. The Management Support Officer will provide a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Directors of Chronic Disease Portfolio within Medical Service Group. About the opportunity: Position: Management Support Officer Clinical Directors Vacancy: Permanent full-time Location: Medical Service Group, Townsville University Hospital About the role: Provide high quality secretarial/administrative services to the Clinical Directors for Chronic Disease and other areas within Clinical Support Officers team as directed by the Admin Team Leader. Manage and undertake effective diary management, conferences/seminars, travel and accommodation, HR process and clinical staff rotation. Collate, track and direct medical officer payroll forms to the appropriate department. Maintain the Medical Leave register, process and keep copies of Consultant and Registrar leave, ensuring leave dates do not conflict. Manage and maintain On Call rosters for each department and ensure leave and roster adjustment forms are submitted in a timely manner along with any other forms as required.
