This role will be permanent, working from the Southbank office. The Job: Manage program direction for ABC Radio Melbourne through the selection, evaluation and scheduling of content to attract, engage and build linear and digital audiences. Lead ABC community engagement and stakeholder management in the market. Oversee the management of operational resources and budgets. We are looking for a creative leader with an analytical eye who has experience in successfully influencing and directing strategic development in a complex stakeholder environment. You will also have extensive senior management experience, with a strong understanding of the dynamic media industry and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and change projects at scale in a large complex matrix environment. You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience establishing rapport, credibility and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You're passionate about storytelling and technological developments in media, and their potential to enrich the experience of audiences and connect communities. What we can offer you: 15.4% super.
