We're seeking a new Client Manager - Accountant to join our team! You are the right candidate if you have exceptional client communication and are able to readily handle the overseeing and management of workflow. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, providing business advisory support to our growing number of business clients. Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships with clear and proactive communication. Collaborate with clients to offer strategic tax and business advice that aligns with their goals and vision. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. Ensure that all financial matters are handled efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines. Foster an environment of support, fun, and open communication with both clients and your colleagues. Qualifications/Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a public practice firm is essential. Ability to prepare and review Financial Statements and tax returns. Ability to communicate and advise clients with technical knowledge (Div7a, GST, Tax Planning strategies). Ability to understand tax structures and effectively communicate to clients. Experience using Xero, XPM and FYI Document Suite is highly favourable. CA or CPA qualified.
