Open to Australian Aboriginal Peoples and UniSA employees only Full-time, continuing position based in the Communications and Marketing Unit at the City West campus Salary Range: $112,143 - $126,318 per annum (plus 17% superannuation) About You You will have a strategic approach combined with attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment, and be expert in managing relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers. You are a creative problem solver, and utilise your strong leadership and relationship management skills to build high performing teams. About the Role Reporting to the Deputy Director: Marketing and Strategic Communications, you will be responsible for the University’s annual advertising strategy, managing the evolution of the brand platform and campaign development, and the delivery of all national and local full-funnel advertising campaigns. This includes market analysis, campaign planning and reporting, as well as managing relationships with a Panel of agency partners. About Communications and Marketing The Communications and Marketing Unit’s (CMK) role is to raise the profile of UniSA and enhance the understanding and recognition of its strengths and diversities; internally, externally and internationally among key target groups including staff, students, graduates, prospective students, government, media, business, professions, other educational bodies and the wider community. The Unit plays a critical role in contributing to the growth of the institution’s brand and profile, as well as delivery of the University strategic action plan. Essential Skills and Experience Demonstrated high level experience in conceiving, developing, and implementing integrated and creative marketing plans and advertising campaigns for a wide range of audiences and involving multiple stakeholders Demonstrated experience in the development of systems and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns and the preparation of reports and commentary to inform decision making Experience in developing integrative communication strategies across a medium to large organisation Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills including communication, representation and negotiation skills, together with the ability to relate to and influence managers and staff of all levels Demonstrated experience in managing contractual relationships with external agencies and suppliers Benefits Getting a great job working with the best is just the start.
