About the Role: We are seeking a Manager to help lead the Data Analytics Consolidation project, which aims to simplify and consolidate the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's (CBA) complex data environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project's objectives, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business outcomes. Do work that matters: You will add value to the business with your passion for working with data, and ability to problem solve. A technical background will be beneficial to assess the current landscape along with experience in requirement gathering to help drive the best possible outcomes for the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Data Analytics Consolidation project, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives and timelines Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their current reporting needs, pain points, and desired outcomes Analyse workshop results and evaluate platforms to develop a comprehensive plan for data analytics consolidation Present findings and plans to stakeholders, seeking endorsement and buy-in Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Requirements: 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on project management and leadership Proven track record of delivering complex data analytics projects, with a strong understanding of data governance and data quality Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and develop insights Experience with data analytics platforms, including Teradata, Snowflake, and Redshift A strong consulting background would be useful Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of data analytics professionals If this sounds like you, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
