As Manager City Safety, you will lead and coordinate the Branch's activities to ensure efficient service delivery, foster a positive team culture, and develop innovative programs and processes that prioritize customer service. You will work closely with the Director City Futures and Executive Management Team (EMT) to provide strategic advice, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial and legislative requirements.Your role will involve policy development, liaison with external agencies, managing staff performance, and identifying training needs. You will also oversee planning, investigations, and the development of business plans, while driving continuous improvement strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.
