About the role We’re seeking a Commercial Collections Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of specialist collectors to manage our Commercial portfolio and achieve optimal outcomes across credit risk, collections, cost, service, and quality. You’ll join an innovative team, who are results driven and collaborative. Day-to-day, you will: You’ll be accountable for the daily performance of the commercial credit operations team within the Customer Solutions & Australian Markets Partnerships (CS&) function You’ll build a successful, effective and collaborative team, embodying a positive culture You’ll demonstrate curiosity in diving deep into data to proactively uncover potential issues and continuous improvement opportunities You’ll provide in-depth subject matter analysis and recommendations This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels People management skills and an ability to motivate, coach and lead a team Experience in a high-volume credit management function Exposure to receivership, administration and liquidations.
