Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate and Community, the Manager Community Care will lead a dedicated team to deliver best-practice community services across the Northern Tablelands and New England area in NSW. The Manager will champion the implementation of the new Aged Care Act, effective 1 July 2025. This role will ensure that Tablelands Community Care delivers high quality and sustainable services to consumers, their families and carers. Candidate Profile Our ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications (e.g. Business management, health / aged care or community services) and have previous relevant work experience in leading and managing a community services organisation (or similar) with demonstrated experience in achieving legislative compliance, clinical governance, and delivering evidence-based care that meets the quality care standards. You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, strategic thinking, revenue generation, and superior interpersonal skills. Strong resolution, negotiating and influencing skills, and a passion for people management are qualities that will assist with your success in this role. We are looking for an articulate leader who will leverage strong commercial relationships across the region to maximise the customer experience.
