Position Overview The Controls Assurance Manager will report directly into the Senior Manager, Controls Assurance and will be supporting the Chief Controls Office in ensuring controls are working effectively across the WPB business. You will be responsible for monitoring WPB’s controls assurance framework and require high attention to detail, as well as strong written and verbal communication. Main Responsibilities Support the business by conducting reviews, monitoring the controls assurance program, and testing the effectiveness of the control environment across WPB. Conduct controls assurance activities across WPB, including thematic reviews, and ensuring the implementation of controls across the business. Identify and raise awareness for any gaps in controls to line manager and senior management. Conduct remediation activities relating to control weaknesses across WPB. Strong stakeholder management skills, which will require you to engage with all lines of defence, including internal and external audit.
