They are seeking to strengthen their overall governance and transparency. As part of their ongoing commitment to best practice, they are seeking to bring on board an experienced and talented Governance Manager. Job Description Under a savvy and driven Director, you'll take charge of the compilation and publication of the Corporate Plan. You'll also undertake seasonal and annual reporting against these objectives, helping to create an ever more transparent set of processes and underpin a strong commitment to compliance and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant You should be experienced in working toward major written pieces of corporate literature, as well as have the capability to distil and report on current activities against the expected benchmarks. A background in a subject such as risk, reporting, assurance, or broader program governance would be ideal, as would exposure to the defence sector.This is an environment undergoing change, and the ability to talk to the 'C Suite' and engage a variety of stakeholders is critical.
