Our strength lies with our people. About the role Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, Aboriginal-led project team as the Manager - Cultural Therapeutic Ways (CTW). In this pivotal role, you will drive the integration of the CTW Outcomes Framework and Practice Framework across VACCA, ensuring cultural therapeutic principles are at the core of our programs and services. As a leader, you will collaborate closely with senior management, program teams, and external stakeholders to embed cultural practice, enhance service delivery, and achieve measurable outcomes that positively impact Aboriginal children, families, and communities. This role provides the opportunity to shape innovative cultural frameworks that influence the way VACCA operates, supports its teams, and partners with other organizations. About You This role ensures compliance with legislative, contract, and policy requirements while meeting the organisation’s audit and registration obligations. It involves applying specialist knowledge to review and maintain policies, systems, and processes while fostering a culturally strong and positive working environment through continuous improvement. The position leads and oversees the implementation of the Cultural Therapeutic Ways (CTW) framework across all VACCA services and regions, actively managing and supporting staff through coaching, mentoring, and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluating CTW frameworks, providing strategic advice on project issues and risks, and supporting organisational change to embed CTW practices. Additionally, the role entails cross-team collaboration, resource and budget management, and other administrative and leadership tasks essential for the success of the CTW project. Requirements: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver's Licence.
