Manager, Digital Systems About Us Founded in 1916, RSL NSW is a member-based veterans’ charity. Our purpose is to support veterans and their families by effective advocacy and connecting them to services that improve their wellbeing. We also assist in connecting them to their local community through camaraderie, recreation and commemoration. What You Will Do Taking a 360-degree view of our organisation and our members, you will implement an integrated whole-of-business CRM solution for the collection, collation and analysis of data that leads to more informed data-driven business decisions. Initially you will take the time to understand what’s already in place with our existing Dynamics CE CRM to identify processes and priorities. A key objective will be to work with internal stakeholders to effectively implement Dynamics CE across the organisation, thereby becoming the application of choice for all member/customer centric data needs. As the key point of contact, you will provide oversight, risk mitigation and issues escalation so timelines and budgets remain on track. You will take a collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders to drive integration success. A key aspect will be to ensure communication plans support staff engagement and readiness at key milestones. To support the implementation, you will develop and deliver high quality reporting and documentation, including risk and issues register and mitigation plans and actions. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in other company-wide digital/automation projects as needs arise. Who You Are You have in-depth understanding of the latest functionality of Dynamics CE CRM and how it can be utilised in an organisation. Proven 5+ years working in a consulting capacity, implementing CRM solutions, and being known as the key point of contact for all things CRM related. Your project management skills to establish key milestones to keep plans on track will be highly regarded. You will have expertise to evaluate and optimise current systems while identifying and implementing new solutions as needed. Hands-on, you can design and implement structured processes, optimise automated communications, and drive a unified, data-driven approach to personalised member/customer interactions. An interest in AI and how it can be implemented across an organisation is highly regarded. Your listening skills are second to none, and your ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy to a range of stakeholders to build trust and engagement is critical to the success of this role. Self-motivated and persistent, you thrive on finding solutions by thinking beyond the obvious. You are adaptable and have strong organisational and time management abilities.
