Reporting to the Director Corporate, this role will provide strong advice and direction to the wider organisation while leading and managing the Digital Technology Services department. This role will provide expert strategic and operational advice, advising Council and senior management on information technology programs, with an emphasis on customer service and business improvement outcomes. The Manager Digital Technology will lead the delivery of modern digital platforms, solutions and services to Council and the community. The Manager Digital Technology will manage and motivate a high-performing team to support Council to deliver exceptional outcomes to staff and the community. To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated success in leading an information technology function in a complex service delivery environment. You will be an exceptional people leader, with a proven track record of empowering staff and fostering a positive and motivated workplace culture. You have experience in digital transformation with the strong commercial acumen and communication skills required to influence a range of diverse stakeholders. An understanding of public sector, critical infrastructure, service delivery or highly regulated industries would be highly regarded.
