Join to apply for the Manager (EL2) role at eSafety Commissioner The Manager - Facilities, Procurement and Security is a key member of the Branch leadership team and drives the section’s work program to achieve the ACMA’s strategic property objectives while leading facilities management and personal and physical security activities. The role also leads the procurement and contract management functions for the organisation. As The Manager, Facilities, Procurement And Security, You Will: Collaborate with ACMA business areas, drive agency-wide strategic planning and reporting, and provide direction and advice on facilities and property planning. Drive a culture of quality service delivery and open communication where client needs are effectively managed to ensure the delivery of suitable and achievable solutions. Oversee the implementation of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and guide the management of personal and physical security, providing high-quality advice and implementing security education and awareness strategies, including an Insider Threat Program. Oversee the management of the organisation’s facilities and accommodation including managing office fit-outs projects, facility maintenance, responding to emergencies, and managing risks. Oversee the management of the organisation’s procurement and contract management services to ensure satisfactory delivery outcomes through educating business areas and oversee the provision of targeted training on procurement, contracting and contract management to ensure compliance with statutory and Australian Government requirements. Lead and support small multidisciplinary teams including overseeing workloads, developing staff, and creating an inclusive and supportive culture to deliver high-quality outcomes, whilst adhering to legislation, policies, and guides.
