About the Role The Manager, Education & Engagement will ensure the provision of high-quality best practice training and capacity building programs for community sector professionals working with people at risk or experiencing family violence. Manage the development, delivery and review of Education & Engagement programs and legal training resources. Manage the community sector professionals training stream, consistent with organisational values and goals. Ensure training programs are consistent with best practice, meet funding obligations, and respond to the needs of sector partners. Work alongside the Director to strengthen relationships with current funders and actively source new funding to further develop programs and projects. You excel at building strong relationships, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive and supportive work environment. With excellent communication skills, you can engage diverse stakeholders and adapt your approach to different audiences. You are highly organised, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and impact. Your commitment to continuous learning and improvement ensures that training programs remain relevant, effective, and aligned with best practices. Key to your success is your: Strategic thinking and planning skills Ability to design and implement best practice training and education programs Strong project management and organisational skills Demonstrated ability to be able to lead a high performing team Excellent communication and relationship-building skills You will: Hold a tertiary degree in a relevant discipline; and Have experience in instructional design, training development and facilitation.
