Manager: Exhibition and Experience Design (HEO 8) Open to Australian Aboriginal Peoples and Adelaide University or UniSA employees only Full-time fixed term contract until 9 February 2026 based in MOD. at the City West campus Commencement salary: $112,143 per annum (plus 17% superannuation) About the Role As the Manager: Exhibitions & Experience Design you will be responsible for leading and managing exhibitions and programs including concepting, design, delivery, marketing and evaluation.You will work closely with the Director: MOD. and the Production Manager to ensure that all aspects of development and management are in accordance with MOD.’s mission and objectives and are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. About MOD. MOD. is Australia’s leading future-focused museum, provoking new ideas at the intersection of science, art and innovation. It aims to inspire young adults to build capability in science, technology, engineering and maths to enable them to pursue relevant and meaningful careers in the future.Through MOD., cutting edge research will be made more accessible and relevant to the public through immersive and interactive exhibitions. Working with a range of stakeholders, MOD. will deliver new gallery and online experiences each year including exhibitions and programs for general, school and stakeholder audiences. Essential Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in a field relevant to the role together with significant experience, knowledge and skills Proven experience in leadership and demonstrated ability to lead small teams in achieving goals and to operate independently as required Extensive experience managing complex creative projects from initiation to delivery including leading risk management, briefings, scheduling, contract and supplier management and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a complex environment characterised by competing demands Extensive curatorial or exhibitions experience, including initiation, research, development and management of exhibitions Highly developed analytical and research skills as well as excellent writing and editing skills Benefits We offer a wide range of attractive staff benefits.
