Drive Organisational Performance: Partner with business units to identify key performance drivers and opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Cost and Value Analysis: Provide expert analysis on cost structures and value-for-money assessments to support resource optimisation and enhance organisational efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and alignment between financial and operational objectives. Influence Decision-Making: Present complex financial concepts and data in a clear, compelling manner to influence and support strategic decisions across the organisation. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Work closely with business leaders to identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with organisational risk management frameworks. Other duties as directed and required. What We're Looking For While accounting qualifications are not mandatory; the possession of a relevant degree and CPA/CA status is considered to be highly desirable given the technical nature of this role.
