Manager - Financial Modelling Job no: 494673Work type: Full timeLocation: MelbourneCategories: Corporate FinancePosition Summary Managers of the division have a responsibility for effectively managing multiple financial modelling projects and staff in a rapidly growing team, working directly below the leadership team. The role will involve taking the lead on projects which require a high level of advisory input. Managers also have a responsibility to support business development, stakeholder management, and staff development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Modelling Client relationships Project management and communications Team leadership and coaching EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Essential Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major Completed CA or equivalent DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES: Essential 5 years' experience in Professional Services or industry roles in financial modelling Technical proficiency with Macros, VBA, BI and data visualization tools Strong ethical standards Business development experience Strong communication and report writing skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to meet and work towards deadlines Ability to deal with banks, lawyers, brokers and other professionals What's On Offer As a firm, RSM offers a competitive salary and employee benefits, opportunity for personal and professional development and a friendly and supportive environment.
