In this role you will - Lead the responsible gambling reporting cycle, develop top-quality governance reports for informed decision-making and risk management. Uplift responsible gambling governance processes and protocols to facilitate the ongoing oversight, monitoring and reporting activities. Provide secretarial support at internal meetings, ensure ongoing documentation is transparent, compliant and up-to-date in line with responsible gambling program requirements. Review and update policies and procedures in line with changes under the program. Identify, manage, and mitigate gambling related risks across the business. Collaborate extensively with the Board of Directors, regulatory bodies and business leaders. About You 5+ years of experience in a Corporate Governance and/or Risk & Compliance role in highly regulated industries. Strong track record in writing for a wide audience, including at a Board & Executive level. Critical thinker, who is composed and measured in their approach. Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills, working through ambiguity. Desirable (but not Essential) Skills Experience in responsible gaming or a related field, preferably in a casino environment. Strong understanding of gambling addiction, responsible gaming practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
