Job Description
What You’ll Do Show love to a portfolio of clients – HNW individuals and family groups, many of whom are ex-business owners. Deliver high quality work to clients while building strong client relationships, so they come to you directly. Equip our Director with everything they need to deliver year-end tax returns and SMSF financial statements. Review the work of others and develop your leadership skills over time (we already have some great team members). About You: Technically competent in personal tax matters (or eager to learn if your background is more SMSF-focused). Multi-talented across accounting and tax, with a preference for working with individuals rather than businesses. Develop long term strategies for clients with consideration right through to estate planning or inter-generational wealth transfer. Work closely with client other advisers, financial, investment or estate planning advisers. Care to make a difference for clients and deliver great customer service. Have some leadership experience under your belt (or are wanting to grow these skills). CA/CPA qualified. Love to bring the ‘wow’ to the customer experience. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and driven to get things done. Comfortable having real conversations and explaining complex financial matters in a clear, relatable way.
