Job details Position status: Fixed Term Temporary Position type: Full-time Occupational group: HR & Industrial Relations Classification: AO8 Workplace Location: Job ad reference: QLD/CSD/615777 Closing date: 04-Feb-2025 Fortnightly salary: $5784.20 - $6120.40 Job duration: Fixed term temporary full time until October 2025 Reporting to the Senior Director HR Advisory Services, your role will be responsible for leading a small team of HR professionals in the identification and delivery of projects and initiatives across a broad range of HR functions. The successful person You will have demonstrated: Expert knowledge of contemporary human resources management, employment legislation, awards and agreements, policies and to identify and resolve workforce issues. Expertise in leading and managing a team of HR professionals, ensuring a high-performance culture exists within the team, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery. Demonstrated experience in effectively leading, managing, planning and delivering best practice contemporary strategic workforce projects and initiatives, of varying complexity and scope, in a large complex multidisciplinary environment. Proven issue identification, analytical and research skills, problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions and provide expert strategic advice to complex issues.
