Joining a newly established team in Business Banking, the Manager, Health and Professional Services will contribute to the successful roll-out of Westpac’s Customer Value Proposition for Healthcare and Professional Services. You will cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key Lines of Business, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and driving mutual success. Additionally, you will provide insights on performance against targets and work with the team to determine interventions. You will also build presentations for senior members of the team to present key industry insights and report on industry trends and dynamics, including the writing of board papers and internal presentations. Key Responsibilities: Reporting of results against targets for various initiatives Key contact for Bankers to discuss transactions and provide feedback Analysis of key industry trends Communicating industry updates through newsletters and team meetings Monitoring team inboxes and ensuring that leads and information are sent in a timely manner to the Banker group What’s in it for me?
