About this role The Manager Human Resource Business Partner leads and manages the Human Resource (HR) function for a designated service portfolio; partners with operational leads to deliver strategic HR plans and solutions, improving organisational performance and productivity to meet North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) objectives. As a member of the NMHS People and Culture leadership team, the role contributes to the strategic management, alignment and leadership of HR and People services throughout NMHS. The role leads strategic future-focused initiatives and process improvements in designated centre of excellence; builds capability across the entire HR team in activities relevant to designated centre of excellence. This role reports to the Director of Industrial Relations and Human Resources. What we are looking for A highly capable and values-driven individual to join our People and Culture Division at NMHS.
