The Manager Illawarra Shoalhaven is a senior role, responsible for leading the Illawarra and Shoalhaven teams, establishing strong connections within the local community, growing and developing the business across the regions, and delivering quality services to our clients. Success in this role will be represented by a standout commitment to strengthening Community Gateway’s brand in these regions and a passionate, creative, and customer-centric display of leadership. About you: Demonstrated alignment to Community Gateway's core values of: Integrity Compassion Adaptability Respect Teamwork Three years of relevant experience in a management/leadership role with consideration given to relevant qualifications. Demonstrated commitment to the client experience and ability to promote a client-centric culture. Demonstrated leadership skills and extensive experience in the management of teams. Proven experience in operational management that has met set organizational targets. Experience within a commercial environment, including the responsibility for budgets and staff utilization. Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring services and programs. Proven rapport and relationship building with a diverse range of stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Understanding of the aged care and disability sectors and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS practice Standards. Knowledge of the local service area and community trends. The successful applicant will need (or be willing to obtain): Current Driver's License and willingness to travel between offices.
