Manager, Insurer Supervision Clerk Grade: 11/12 $145,378 - $168,130 + SuperEmployment Type: Temporary full-time from February 2025 to 2nd December 2025.The role is hybrid attendance, with location being either Gosford or Sydney.This role sits within the MAIR Insurer Supervision team in SIRA DCS.Closing Date: 10am Thursday 6th February 2025 About the team This is an exciting opportunity to work in SIRA who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically within the Insurer Supervision team, under the Motor Accidents Insurance Regulation Division within SIRA.Your day-to-day: Lead and manage a supervision team to deliver consistent and measurable performance standards for Insurers to drive compliance. Lead engagement with Insurers with a focus on influencing Insurers to achieve improved experiences and outcomes for customers across claims and premium and markets. Manage stakeholder relationships, consultation, expectation setting and issues management. Lead the collection and analysis of Insurer data and submissions to identify emerging risks and trends and design responses to ensure achievement of scheme objectives. Provide advice, briefings, and recommendations to senior leaders. Implement and embed the regulatory framework. Has a genuine interest in personal injury schemes and/or experience in personal injury background - highly regarded but not essential.
