Manager, Investor Relations Do work that matters Investor Relations facilitates the effective and accurate communication of the Bank’s strategy and performance, including the expectations of its investors. We are a small, high-performance team, working with stakeholders across the Bank to develop market-leading and highly scrutinised disclosures. Our work is varied, exciting and at times demanding. The responsibilities of the team are broad. We prepare key external reports; manage relationships with equity and debt investors, as well as the analyst community; support sustainability ratings and surveys; and provide advice to the Bank on market sentiment, disclosures and sustainability issues. As a Manager, Investor Relations you will have the opportunity to learn about investor relations and reporting by working across projects such as investor presentations, annual reports, materiality assessment, sustainability metrics and other external reports. You will assist in the completion and analysis of sustainability and climate-related surveys. In this role your responsibilities will include: Contributing to and writing key investor communications and external reports. Contributing to project management of key deliverables. Completion and analysis of sustainability and climate-related surveys. Analysing and researching domestic and global reporting best practices. Leading the verification and assurance processes for key external disclosures and reports. Developing and maintaining digital assets including our Investor Centre. Collaborating with external suppliers and internal teams on shared priorities and projects. Tertiary qualifications in communications, accounting, finance or other relevant fields are highly desirable, or demonstrated equivalent experience and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS suite of applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving positive change within the Bank.
