Job Description Are you a payroll and HR operations expert who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment? At SEEK , we’re looking for a proactive leader to drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives in Payroll and HR Coordination. Play a pivotal role in implementing a new payroll system for greater innovation. Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, and leadership teams to enhance employee experience. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Payroll & HR Coordination team , ensuring high performance and engagement. Oversee fortnightly and monthly payroll processing , ensuring compliance and accuracy. Drive continuous improvement , streamlining payroll processes and system enhancements. Manage workcover, payroll tax, and superannuation reconciliations with precision. Support seamless onboarding, contract management, and employee status changes via Workday. Qualifications Proven leadership in Payroll & HR Coordination , with a values-driven approach. Strong compliance, governance, and payroll expertise , including ANZ legislation. Experience managing HR systems and payroll transformation projects . Ability to navigate complex challenges , influence stakeholders, and drive change. A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in payroll and HR operations. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills .
