The Role This exciting role sets the strategic direction of our high-performing People and Culture Partnerships team who serve as trusted advisors to leaders across the university. As a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, you will provide expert, people-focused advice to senior leaders. You will drive forward-thinking initiatives and process enhancements that enable the team to deliver high impact People & Culture strategies and solve complex workplace problems.
