Job Description About the opportunity Lead our People & Culture Business Partner function in delivering consultative partnerships that transform how we enable business success through our people. As a trusted advisor to a broad team of leaders, you'll create innovative solutions that drive both people and business outcomes. Our role focuses on delivering a remarkable employee experience across all aspects of the employee journey while building deep, strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand and solve complex organisational challenges. You will lead a team of Business Partners in developing tailored, commercial solutions that drive business performance, and create frameworks that help our Business Partners translate business strategy into effective people initiatives. This position involves coaching leaders and Business Partners on complex employee relations matters, as well as designing integrated people solutions that align with business objectives and enhance organisational capability. Ideally, we are seeking candidates who have a desire to work 0.9 FTE, however we are also keen to hear from candidates who are able to strike the right balance at 0.8 FTE. The nature of this role requires a minimum presence of two office days in our Geelong head office. Desired Skills and Experience About you We're looking for someone with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or similar field - though equivalent experience is just as valuable. You should have at least 8 years under your belt leading a busy People and Culture team. You'll need to be great with people - someone who can build strong relationships and get their point across effectively. We are searching for candidates who are confident advisors in relation to industrial relations and employment law, and who are comfortable leading workplace investigations while helping others to build their general HR capability. Importantly, we are looking for a leader with a collaborative style who is committed to growth and development, and who enjoys operating at both a leadership and tactical level.
