In this role, you will lead group Product & Quality compliance strategy development, guide internal functional teams & supply partners in all aspects of quality assurance. You will ensure all products comply with brand, legal, safety and end customer quality requirements while establishing elevated product chemical and traceability protocols. Key responsibilities include: Develop and deploy group chemical & traceability compliance strategy Ensure all quality policies and manuals are up to date, in line with current legislation and brand values Elevate and establish the new supplier service level agreements and governance structure Provide product technical and compliance advice to functional leads whilst assisting in the development of risk management Provide training to suppliers and re-training as policies/legal requirements are updated Ensure product risk evaluations are effectively carried out promptly with required feedback loops Monitor consumer returns and brand health to identify any trends, investigate and resolve Establish strategic relationships with regional teams, suppliers & testing houses Establish Quality reporting & analytic structure Special project management What experience do I have? Tertiary qualifications in textile related course Minimum 10 years' experience in apparel or textile manufacturing Extensive knowledge & understanding of textiles and garment construction Excellent leadership, people management, training, coaching and communication skills Customer oriented, strong technical background for apparel and strong desire to pursue business on continuous improvement and operations excellence Project management and implementation of processes Willing to travel, and sometimes on short notice #J-18808-Ljbffr
