Job Title Manager Property Accounting Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Property Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in the FSC. This role ensures accurate, timely corporate and client payments in compliance with relevant regulations while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team within the finance department. Prepare Funds Request Reports and invoices. Reconcile reimbursement invoices, revenue/expenditure payments, and bank accounts. Conduct monthly KPI reviews and assist with SOX compliance. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting. Requirements: Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting. Prior experience in a similar role and with outsourced providers is a plus. Business partnering experience is desirable. Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to JDE preferred. Personal Attributes: Proven ability to manage and develop a team with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
