Job DescriptionAbout the Role We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Manager Property Maintenance to join our team, delivering exceptional outcomes across building and landscape projects. What you will do Oversee and deliver high-quality building and landscape maintenance. Manage small building and landscape projects to meet tight deadlines and budgets. Lead and inspire a diverse team, including carpenters, horticulturalists, greenskeepers, and labourers. Foster a strong team culture aligned with corporate values. Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
