Pilbara Ports Authority is looking for an experienced Real Estate Expert to head up a critical team within Pilbara Ports. We are now on the hunt for a Real Estate expert to lead the team. The Manager – Real Estate leads a team to deliver key housing and office space objectives across all Pilbara Ports locations. You will work across the business to help your team deliver exceptional customer outcomes while contributing to Pilbara Ports' strategic plan. With a portfolio of over two hundred houses and multiple office locations, this role is the perfect size to build highly efficient processes, contribute meaningfully to strategy, and make a daily difference. What we need from you? Demonstrated real estate experience, particularly in Property Management, and ideally, you will hold qualifications in this field. The ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes in complex operational environments. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and negotiate successful outcomes between parties. Proven ability to build strong working relationships that improve the quality and efficiency of work. Well-developed project management skills, including the ability to solve problems and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Sound written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and concise reports, PowerPoint presentations, and data analytics.
