Details - Manager, Scheduling & Partnership Systems Job No.: 568156 Work type: Continuing Location: Melbourne (Bundoora), La Trobe University Employment Type: Full-Time, Continuing Attractive salary package plus generous benefits About the Role As the Manager, Scheduling and Partnerships Systems, you will manage a suite of critical SaaS applications (e.g., TimeEdit, Allocate Plus, Exam Scheduler, CourseLoop, InPlace) to support La Trobe’s educational objectives. Leading a dynamic team of Functional Analysts and System Administrators, you will: Develop and execute strategic plans for system lifecycle management. Provide expert advice on system enhancements, integrations, and emerging tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and meet operational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across systems and services. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in managing student administration or learning applications within an ITSM framework. Strong technical knowledge of system integration, SQL, and reporting tools. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and foster professional development. Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and stakeholder engagement. A deep understanding of the higher education sector and its unique application requirements. Qualifications : A relevant degree or equivalent combination of training, experience, and postgraduate study.
