Salary: Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $145,378 - $168,130 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week. As the manager of a small and dedicated team, you will be leading the strategic workforce planning function, under the delegation of the Director of Future Workforce. This will involve: Influencing and negotiating with a diverse group of stakeholders. Leading teams & projects. Establishing & maintaining a robust and evidence-based planning approach. Providing guidance and direction to executives, business leaders, and planners. About you We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: Experienced people leader. Ability to lead & guide planning cycles, capturing data-driven insights and driving strategic workforce planning. Demonstrated success in cross-agency or industry collaboration. The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a large, dynamic, and complex environment. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Keen to influence health care outcomes through strategic planning.
