You’ll engage with senior leadership, governance, risk, technology teams, and the Board to ensure that strategy is both visionary and grounded in the reality of a complex regulatory environment. Your ability to simplify strategic processes and foster cross-functional collaboration will be key to delivering transformational change. You’ll have previous leadership experience as you will lead a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, offering calm guidance and kind leadership. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, ensuring annual plans and long-term strategies are in line with business goals, while responding to future shocks, managing risks, and seizing opportunities for growth. What you’ll bring Strong strategic thinking with deep experience in driving corporate strategy and planning across operations, assets, and commercial functions. A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework and how it impacts business planning, risk management, and decision-making. Proven ability to lead senior teams with professionalism, empathy, and the ability to engage with senior leadership and the board on key strategic initiatives.
