Manager, Talent Acquisition About the role This newly created position will lead, inspire and mentor multiple cross functional teams to drive enterprise-wide impact. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the delivery of contemporary, inclusive and customer focused recruitment services across Sydney Water for all permanent and fixed term recruitment. You will take a leading role in shaping and executing a strategic approach to recruitment models, continuously refining our recruitment processes to create seamless, engaging experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike. By designing captivating recruitment campaigns, you will position Sydney Water as an employer of choice and take full ownership of enhancing our employer branding strategies. About you Demonstrated significant experience in leading a high performing internal recruitment service in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation. Strong influencing and collaboration skills will be required to engage and advise our senior leaders, hiring managers and external partners, using a Data-Driven approach to analyse recruitment metrics to continuously adapt our hiring strategies. Experience designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies that secure top talent, especially for hard-to-fill roles. Expertise in crafting compelling stories and running digital recruitment campaigns to uplift our employer branding and marketing approach.
